SOLAR ALVURA - The Weight Loss Retreat - Algarve
My experience at Solar Alvura is hard to put into words it was the most enjoyable, relaxing and rejuvenating week.
I went to Dr.Eva's retreat for a holistic and health experience and that is exactly what I got, as soon as you are collected at the airport it begins, the homely and warm atmosphere of the hotel was pleasantly unexpected and the friendliness of every single staff member is superb . The food was extremely tasty and so fresh, the attention given to each individuals requests and needs was perfectly done, nothing was too much and everyone was accommodated for.
The spa experience was another amazing part of my stay I had three treatments the facial, mini solar alvura and reflexology Tanya is a brilliant therapist and truly gifted at what she does I would recommend getting a treatment (or three) while you are there.
The other guests where absolutely fantastic as well it was amazing by day two the tables got pulled together, all the chats and laughs were brilliant was great to share my week with them all.
Truthfully there isn't enough stars to give Solar Alvura ✨️ you have to experience it yourself and if weight loss is your goal Eva definitely knows her stuff and will help you reach your desired but most importantly your optimal weight and health.
